Agent-assisted website migration off Webflow, WordPress or a legacy CMS

AI agents migrate your content and templates, people review every page, and a redirect map keeps the traffic you earned. Time to move if:

Start a project

Updated

  • 01

Your CMS plan or plugins cost more every year and do less.

  • 02

Pages load slowly and nobody on the team wants to touch the old code.

  • 03

AI assistants and search engines can't read what the site renders.

  • 04

You want an agentic website but the current platform can't support it.

Is this the right fit?

For you if:

  • Organic traffic matters to the business and you can't afford to lose rankings.
  • The site has grown past what its platform handles well.
  • You want to redesign or restructure while you move, not in a second project.
  • Your team needs to keep publishing while the move is in progress.

Not for you if:

  • The site has a few pages and almost no search traffic: a fresh build is simpler.
  • You only need a new theme on the same platform.
  • Nobody can give us access to analytics and the current CMS.

What's inside a migration

Four things that move with you: the pages, the redirects, the tracking and the checks.

Discuss your migration
  1. 01

    Full inventory

Every page, template, form and integration listed before anything moves, so nothing is lost by accident.

  2. 02

    Agent-assisted move

Agents carry content and templates to the new stack, people review every page before it goes live.

  3. 03

    Redirect map

Each old URL paired with its new address, so links, bookmarks and rankings keep pointing to the right place.

  4. 04

    Parity checks

Pages, forms, tracking and rankings compared with the old site after launch and fixed until they match.

Who we are and why teams like yours work with us

Mike YemchuraFounder & CEO

Figmatica is a digital product design agency and UI/UX design studio in Lviv, Ukraine, working with clients in the US and UAE. We work with B2B and AI teams whose product and website have to bring in sign-ups and demos and give investors a clearer story.

Over the past three years we've shipped 50+ websites and products in web design, SaaS and AI product design, EdTech and Web3, from first sketch and UX research to launch. With that work our clients raised funding, got into accelerators and grew conversion.

We work inside your team, with no ticket queue in between. You get a small senior crew of product and UI designers, a project manager and a growth lead. They sit in your Slack, show work every week and stay after launch.

If you're a founder or head of product and need a site that sells this quarter, that's the work we do.

How a migration runs

Five steps, with a record of what you have before anything moves and a check that it all still works after.

Start a project
  1. 01

    Inventory

Every page, template, form, integration and custom feature on the current site, listed.

  2. 02

    Baseline

Traffic, rankings and conversions recorded before the move, so the result can be measured.

  3. 03

    Redirect map

Each old URL paired with its new home, agreed with you before launch.

  4. 04

    The move

Content, templates and integrations rebuilt on the new stack while your team keeps publishing.

  5. 05

    Parity checks

Pages, forms, tracking and rankings compared with the baseline and fixed until they match.

Frequently asked questions

Website migration: rankings, timing and what happens to your features.

Will we lose our Google rankings?

The redirect map and parity checks exist to prevent that. We record rankings before the move and compare after launch.

What happens to our custom features and integrations?

They go on the inventory first. Each one is rebuilt, replaced with a better option or retired, and we agree which with you.

Can we keep publishing during the move?

Yes. Content changes made during the move are carried over before launch.

Should we move to Webflow or stay on WordPress?

It depends on who edits the site and how much custom logic it carries. We compared cost, upkeep and AI readiness for a company site, and on a call we look at yours.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on the number of pages and integrations. After a short call we give you a timeline within one business day.
