Who we are
figmatica.com is run by Figmatica LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under number OC446057, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Our team works in Lviv, Ukraine. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions: hello@figmatica.com.
What we collect and why
Contact and booking forms: your name, email, company, website and message, to answer you and prepare the call. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying.
The AI visibility check: the domain you enter and the report we build from public pages of that site. We keep reports so the link works later.
The chat assistant: the messages you send, to answer them. Do not share sensitive data in the chat.
Analytics: pages visited, device and approximate location (web analytics), session recordings with form fields masked, and company-level visitor identification. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and improving it.
Who processes it for us
Service providers that work for us under contract: website hosting, data storage, web analytics and session recording, visitor identification, a booking calendar, an internal messenger for notifications about new requests, and AI model providers for the assistant and the check. Some of them process data outside the UK and the EU under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. Ask us for the current list at hello@figmatica.com.
How long we keep it
Requests and correspondence: as long as we work together and up to two years after. Check reports: up to one year. Analytics: by the retention settings of each tool, no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its use, and for a copy to take elsewhere. Write to hello@figmatica.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the authority in your country.
Cookies
The analytics tools above set cookies or similar storage. We also keep one cookie with the language you choose. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site keeps working.
